Hall prices are fixed and published. Catering is per person on top. Nothing is quoted “on request”, because you cannot compare a hall against a blank.

Kına Gecesi

Henna lounge · up to 250 · Friday or any weekday

The henna night as it is actually run: a covered central platform for the bride, candle trays for the procession, the red duvak, and the room dark enough for it to land. Sound and light for a kına ekibi are already in the room.

  • The henna lounge, 18:00 to 01:00, own entrance and cloakroom
  • Central platform, seating for 250, low lounge seating for the family
  • Copper kına set, trays, candles and the red silk cover
  • PA and warm lighting, mic for the kına singer

The full Saturday: gelin alma arrival at the door, the entrance, the takı töreni to a read list, the halay floor and the band on a real stage. Twelve hours in the room, not six.

Menus from €38 a head

Our own kitchen, our own chefs, all meat helal and bought in Nürnberg. Served to the table in two waves so the back of the room is not eating cold. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free covers are counted, not improvised.

    Includes the 02:00 soup that quietly saves the last hour.

Children up to six eat free, six to twelve at half. Final numbers 10 days before. Outside catering is not permitted; the cake is.

How booking works

from €38 per person

Enquire

  1. 20% of the hall fee on signature holds the date. The balance is due 14 days before the first night.

  2. One free change of date up to 90 days out, subject to the new date being open.

  3. Guest numbers are confirmed 10 days before; the final invoice follows the confirmed count.

  4. Prices include VAT, cleaning, security for the night and our crew. There is no separate service charge.
