The main hall dressed for a wedding, crimson drapes and a glowing LED stage wall

Wedding hall · Rennweg, Nürnberg

Kına on Friday, wedding on Saturday, one price

One weekend, one contract, one deposit. Book the Saturday for the düğün and we hold the Friday kına gecesi next door in the same breath — 900 seats in the main hall, 250 in the henna lounge, both under one roof on the Rennweg.

The two-night weekend

Two nights that belong together, booked as one

In most halls you book Saturday, then ring round for somewhere to hold the kına. Here the Friday is part of the same file. Pick a Saturday in the calendar and the Friday beside it is held for the henna night automatically — same building, same team, same deposit. If that Friday is already gone, the calendar says so before you send anything, and shows you the next Saturday that still has its Friday free.

  • €7,600 for both nights instead of €8,300 — €700 saved.
  • The henna lounge has its own street entrance and its own cloakroom.
  • Our crew resets the lounge and dresses the main hall overnight.

The rooms

Two rooms, one building

The main hall takes the düğün; the henna lounge takes the kına, the nişan or the söz. Neither is a partitioned-off corner of the other — they are separate rooms with separate entrances, so Friday and Saturday never get in each other’s way.

What we already know

We run these weekends every week

None of the following will be a surprise on the night, because it never is.

  • 01

Davul and zurna, and the neighbours

The davul-zurna can meet the gelin alma convoy in our forecourt until 22:00. After that it comes inside, where the walls are built for it. We tell you the rule when you book, not when a patrol car arrives.

  • 02

The takı töreni runs to a list

The takı table sits stage-left with its own microphone, a lockable cashbox and a runner. Send us the family order in the week beforehand and the compere reads it straight down without stalling.

  • 03

A floor that takes a halay of 200

340 m² of sprung parquet with nothing bolted through the middle and no pillar in the way. The line can go right round the room, split, and come back.

  • 04

    Helal kitchen, our own chefs

All meat is helal and bought in Nürnberg. Alcohol-free as standard; for mixed families we can license and staff a bar in the foyer instead of the hall.

  • 05

Overnight turnaround, not yours to carry

Friday’s lounge is cleared and Saturday’s hall dressed by our own crew between 01:00 and 09:00. Nobody in your family stacks a chair.

  • 06

    Room for the convoy

180 marked spaces, a marshalled drop-off at the door and coach access from the Rennweg. A forty-car konvoy arrives without closing the street.

Families

What people say afterwards

We booked one Saturday and got the Friday with it in the same email. My mother’s only question was whether the kına salonu had its own entrance for the women. It does.

Questions

The things everyone asks first

  • Can we really hold both nights on one contract?

Yes. The Friday kına gecesi in the henna lounge and the Saturday düğün in the main hall are a single booking with a single deposit: €7,600 rather than €8,300 booked apart.

  • What if the Friday we want is already taken?

The calendar shows it before you send anything. You can still take the Saturday on its own, or let the availability search jump you to the next Saturday whose Friday is free.

  • Do you serve alcohol?

The house is alcohol-free as standard, which is what most of our families want. If yours does not, we license and staff a bar in the foyer — never in the hall itself — from €340 plus consumption.

  • How late can the music go?

Inside until 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Outdoors — davul-zurna, the konvoy, the forecourt — until 22:00, under the Nürnberg noise ordinance. We do not bend this one; it is why we still have the licence.

  • Do you host weddings that are not Turkish?

Every month. Round tables, a long top table or a standing reception all work in the room, and our run sheets go out in German and English as well as Turkish. Come and see it on a Tuesday when it is empty.

  • What do you need to hold a date?

20% of the hall fee on signature, the balance 14 days before the first night. One free change of date up to 90 days out. Guest numbers are confirmed 10 days ahead.

Come and look

The room is open on weekday evenings

Nothing on a screen tells you what 900 covers looks like. Come on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening, walk the floor, stand on the stage and shout across it. We will have çay on.
